Goals of the Festival
To celebrate women in music and promote gender equality in the music industry
To create a safe and inclusive space for women and gender-nonconforming people to enjoy music
To raise awareness about gender inequality in the music industry
To strengthen the community by uniting people through common creative goals

Please don't drive! There is no parking at the festival
There is excellent public transport though
We are a 5-minute walk from Bootle Oriel Road Station and Bootle Strand Bus Station making a journey from anywhere in the North West easy.
Are Men Welcome At The Festival

Absolutely!
We encourage men to come and enjoy the day.
You'll also see men on stage in some of the female-fronted bands in our line-up, although the management and tech production teams are women.

What Can I Bring Into The Festival?
No food or liquids are to be brought into the event.
Infant formula and prescribed medication are the only exceptions.
Water will be available to all.
There will be several food vendors
including plenty of veggie and vegan options.

Can I Bring Camping Chairs?
You can - however, we are encouraging seating to be predominantly in the garden area. The main stage area will be mostly for dancing and standing!
Are Dogs Allowed?
Sorry, no four-legged friends at the festival.
